Summary

Adds the strategy-frameworks skill — organizational strategy methodology for agents. Covers strategic planning (OKRs, mission/vision/values, strategic narrative), competitive analysis (Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean, moat assessment, positioning), growth strategy (Ansoff Matrix, Three Horizons, market entry), and resource allocation (capital allocation, M&A, portfolio management).
