Summary

Resolves the five findings from the complete skill audit.

  • normalizes frontmatter to the Agent Skills schema and fixes malformed Forgejo YAML
  • completes the required human-facing README sections
  • adds a repository validator for frontmatter, README headings, line limits, and linked resources
  • repairs the illustrative OKF path and restores the bundled Last.fm CLI with location-independent smoke tests
  • brings cli-builder and crowdsec below the 500-line instruction limit
